Revamp of the family house in Boršice

Originally a two-story family house was raised by an additional above-ground floor. The layout has been newly resolved. The first floor contains relaxation and service areas and an apartment for guests, while the main living rooms are located on the second floor, and the third floor features a quiet zone with bedrooms. The house has been newly roofed and thermally insulated. The facade has gained dynamism through the new positioning and shape of the window openings, as well as the use of white plaster combined with wooden elements: cladding, windows, and terrace. A garage was also added to the house at the entrance to the property.
