HOUSE/SLOPE/ORCHARD How can you put a house on a sloping plot on one level and not lose contact with the garden? We make a notch in the southern slope with the potential for a beautiful garden and create a plane. We move the main spaces one floor down, leaving the street space and confronting the neighbors. We immerse ourselves in the greenery of the garden. We break down the program of the house into functional units and cubic masses. Their changing relationship with the support of the slope creates atriums with a different programme, light, atmosphere. The house grows into the greenery and vice versa. The stolen surface of the garden returns to the green roof. We move on one plane at the same time in contact with the garden!
