Interior realization in Prague

Interior realization in Prague
Architect: de.fakto | Filip Hejzlar
Completion:2019

The apartment was realized from a Shell and Core state. The concept of the interior is to maximize the concealment of all doors, which we cleverly hide in the wall cladding of teak veneer or large-format ceramics. Both of these materials run throughout the apartment, complemented by an oak wooden floor. The kitchen, which is part of the living space, has all appliances hidden, thus not disrupting the concept visually. The living rooms are sophisticatedly illuminated with drywall cornices, which are equipped with LED strips. These, thanks to an intelligent control system, allow for flexible responses to daylight. The interior is complemented by several designer furniture pieces that appropriately enhance the prevailing, atypically manufactured part of the interior.
