Residence Gotthardská - Apartment B

Both interiors were created as part of the Gotthardská Residence as parallel designs for two apartment units for a father and son. They share a unified architectural language and formal logic, but differ in spatial organization, material and color solutions, and thus in the resulting atmosphere.
The interior of apartment B operates with the principle of an open, flowing layout, where the individual functional zones are defined more by spatial composition than by solid dividing elements. Various height levels function here. The living space forms a continuous whole with an emphasis on visual connection, sightlines, and material unity. A fireplace integrated into the living area is part of the composition.
The material solution is based on a muted palette of natural shades, emphasizing the continuity of floors, built-in elements, and the purity of detail. Mirrored surfaces are used to remodel the attic space and, when positioned, redefine the views and daylight at the edges of the roof windows.
