Family House Záhorie

The family house is located on a quiet street in the outskirts of the village. The access road is ideally from the northern side, while on the southern side, the property is bordered by a stream and alder forest.

Layout: the house is oriented with all living rooms to the south, with access to the terrace from each room. The terrace "levitates" above the terrain, and the surroundings of the house are left and arranged in their natural form, the meadow lawn transitions to a dock over the stream.

Construction: wooden post structure, diffusion-open composition of the external walls and ceilings, foundations: reinforced concrete slab on compacted footing of foam glass and gravel, wood-aluminum windows and doors with insulating triple glazing
