Family House Mezouň
The new family house is designed in a modest elongated cubic shape oriented on the plot from north to south on the east side of the property. The setback distance of the family house from the neighboring family house on parcel No. 119 is 5.0 m. This family house is being constructed on the boundary of the plot and has no windows on the facade adjacent to the builder's plot No. 105/4. In terms of potential shading, the new family house does not negatively impact the neighboring family house.
