The spatial disposition of the urban ensemble of three differing structures creates a plaza in between the administrative building and two apartment buildings, which invites to pause and stroll through the shops on ground floor.The administration block with its cool, blue-gray enamel façades and the Generali-red element is consciously different from the conventional pink coloured plaster buildings which feature loggias on the top levels with a great view.
