The leisure center is a place for leisure activities, primarily for children and youth, but it also offers programs for adults. After evaluating several locations and buildings, a site in the Nivách area was recommended for the implementation of the project. The existing building used by athletes, which was located here, was at the end of its lifespan. However, the immediate surroundings of the building, which contain dozens of mature trees and areas suitable for outdoor games and sports facilities, were also of great importance for the selection of the location for the center.

Two extensions were added to the preserved part of the original building on the sides. The new entrance area includes changing rooms, an entrance hall, and a café connected to it, where parents can wait for their children. On the second floor, there are two connectable studios, a ceramics workshop, and administrative facilities. The theater will not only serve for rehearsing theatrical performances, but quality technology will enable the training of young sound engineers and lighting technicians.

In the central existing part, there is a large gym, a dance hall, a dojo, changing rooms, facilities for external educators, and storerooms. The extension furthest from the entrance to the complex is designed to include a climbing wall with varied surfaces inside and outside. It is possible to climb up to the roof of the building via a chimney inside the wall. An important element of the design is the interconnection of individual operations, the synergy of activities, and mutual inspiration. For this reason, there is a glass corridor around the gym, and one clubroom is directly connected to the climbing wall.

The outdoor area includes classic sports facilities (a multifunctional court with an artificial surface, a beach volleyball court), a rope park located among the trunks of existing trees, an adventure playground, a children's playground, a misting area, and two gazebos. A significant feature is also the Festival Park, which will serve various activities.
