Tribune of the Municipal Stadium Černá Hora

The stand of the municipal stadium in Litomyšl is part of the reconstruction and extension of the sports complex Černá hora. So far, reconstructions of the athletic track and football fields, as well as the ice rink and the stand of the winter stadium, have been completed. The next step will be covering the winter stadium, and the city is considering the construction of an indoor swimming pool in the future. The new stand of the municipal stadium was built on the site of the original low earth stand. It has a capacity of 528 seated and 100 standing spectators and a commentary station. It includes refreshment facilities, changing rooms with washrooms, club rooms, storage for sports teams, and maintenance support areas.
The substructure consists of transverse concrete walls with a span of 5.4 meters. The walls support a step-shaped slab with a significant rear cantilever. The tiers are waterproofed, thermally insulated, and finished with concrete prefabricates. Steel columns are installed on the load-bearing walls, supporting the roof structure. The roof itself is made of a membrane of polyester fabric coated on both sides with soft PVC, with UV protection.
The exterior cladding of the ground floor has a sandwich composition; the outer ventilated layer consists of larch slats. The floors are made of mechanically smoothed concrete, the internal surfaces are concrete, while the sandwich walls feature plaster and washable coatings. The upper stand is protected from wind and rain by a screen made of tempered glass. All steel structures are hot-dip galvanized.
The operation of the stand is planned to be seasonal, and during the winter, the building will only be heated.
