In the inhospitable environment on the outskirts of Munich, a modern office world has emerged. The Dutch office MVRDV and Lauber Architekten have created a new office world with their nineteen (the first phase with 9 buildings is already completed, and the second phase with 10 buildings is in preparation) buildings - a cheerful office village for small dynamic companies, where the facades are bustling with the most diverse colors and materials.

Instead of a uniform solution, Park Village offers a collection of nine buildings, whose differing facades ensure a lively diversity and individuality.

Facade

Location
Many companies working in the media sector discovered Unterföhring as their headquarters as early as the 1950s. In 1962, Bayerische Rundfunk (Bavarian Broadcasting) and ZDF (Second German Television) moved here. Taurus-Film was the first of the companies of Kirch's media empire to settle here in 1972. Pro 7, Kabel 1, RTL 2, DSF, and Premiere followed, making Unterföhring the most important media location in Germany, from which decisive impulses spread into the world of economy and society.
Alongside a significant number of media institutions, world-renowned companies from the insurance sector such as Allianz and Swiss Re have also settled here.
