Biography
Juan Herreros is a Doctor of Architecture, a professor of architectural design at ETSAM in Madrid, and a full professor at GSAPP at Columbia University in New York. In 1984, he co-founded the studio Ábalos&Herreros in Madrid. Since 2006, he has been running his independent studio Herreros Arquitectos, which was renamed estudio Herreros in 2014. From 2004 to 2007, he taught at Princeton University, from 1998 to 2000 at the Architectural Association in London, as a visiting professor at EPF in Lausanne from 1999 to 2000, and in 2006 at IIT in Chicago.
