Biography
In 1989, she graduated in architecture from the University of Ljubljana, where she has been teaching since 2007. Together with
V. Ravnikar,
T. Gregorič, and N. Koselj, she has been long documenting Slovenian architecture from 1945 to 1970. In 2001, she organized a comprehensive exhibition of
O. Jugovec. Initially, she collaborated with V. Ravnikar and has had her own practice since 1992. Although she is mainly known for her sensitive renovations of historical buildings, together with landscape architect
A. Kučan, she is responsible for several bold urban interventions. Among her most famous projects are the library at the Ravne Castle (2004) and the cemetery chapel in Šmarje Sap (2007).
