The first visit to České Břízy 83 is usually associated with the question of why someone decides to build a gallery in a village. The questioning situation, however, has a deeper meaning than just a common inquiry about the utility of an exhibition hall. It points to an unspoken but existing sovereignty of centralized cities, which surfaces through the intuitively posed question. Sam's multi-year project "Vision for a New Culture and Its Place" is motivated by the desire to eliminate all artificial frameworks that create mental discomfort for people. Establishing a gallery in České Břízy is one way to overcome ingrained prejudices. Specifically, with the gallery, Sam started from the simple idea that everywhere people have the right to quality information, including contemporary art. The gradual expansion of České Břízy 83, first with the addition of the gallery and now with a new building for residency stays, could be described as organic architecture. Not in the extended sense of the term, which refers to buildings inspired by nature (often conditioned by demanding technology), but in the necessity of emergence, which is justified by the natural accumulation of people. Over the past twenty years, it has been possible to create an anchor - a solid point to which one can cling. The stable autonomous zone heARTbreaker currently functions so that upon first stepping in, it at least temporarily removes the feeling of hopelessness.
