Fancy bistro focused on fries inspired by Nordic colors – this was the investor's brief for the renovation of the ground floor space with a vaulted ceiling in Dlouhá Street. The main idea of the architectural design was to create a simple modern and minimalist design that would contrast with the historical touch of the entire space. The central motif of the entire interior is a turquoise bar that attracts the attention of potential guests from the street through the display window. The horizontal lines are emphasized by a large table placed parallel to the bar, which can accommodate up to 12 seated guests. An important element of the interior is the dark paint on the walls, finished below the arches to make the space stand out more. Custom-made furniture from @eisen.cz, combining solid oak and black steel, underscores the effort for a minimalist solution to the space. Key elements also include the lighting, which consists of black pendant lights above the bar, lights highlighting the arches, and last but not least, a colorful LED installation with funny motifs emphasizing the bistro's focus on selling fries. An interesting aspect is the complete visual identity of the entire space, which also comes from Studio MA, authored by Anna Mertová. The most striking element is the logo of Beyond Fries itself and the turquoise color used in the printed materials of the establishment.
