Concept
A 3+KK apartment is located in a new development project with a beautiful view of Prokopské Valley. We aimed to meet the owner's wish and bring the "feminine principle" into the design, using small details in the furniture and furnishings that give the whole a gentler expression.
Living Room with Kitchen
The color palette consists of a combination of white and petrol blue complemented by oak, black accents, and gray in the form of concrete. A standout element is the handmade Italian tiles used on the kitchen backsplash. Together with the unusual solution for the handles in the form of angled cuts, they add the necessary detail to the overall design. The built-in refrigerator is placed in the corner in a triangular configuration, effectively utilizing the corner while keeping it open. A concrete-like finish was applied to the walls in the kitchen area. The table is made of an oak top with a metal base. The chairs and the set in the living area are color-coordinated with the tiles. Additionally, the set is milled to disrupt the simple mass. The sofa is covered in gray fabric, and the coffee tables are black. A distinctly patterned rug separates them from the floor.
Hallway and Bedroom
The motif of the finish and milling also appears in the hallway. White milled doors here conceal the washing machine. The wardrobe is mirrored with metal handles. We used a wooden panel with a boarding pattern behind the headboard to level the wall. Shelves are suspended on it. Large white cabinets serve as storage space here.
