The Riviéra Karlín apartment buildings are part of the first phase of the construction of the Rohan City complex by the developer Sekyra Group. A total of 107 residential units are located in this commercially successful project. The architectural and artistic design of the apartment buildings is modern and contemporary, and together with the purposeful design of the interior spaces, it meets the current demands for modern living. The buildings stand out with the shape contrast of the basic masses and the delicate walkways, which artistically support the chosen material solutions. The basic idea of the house design is two elementary masses lying on a common platform elevated above the surrounding ground level. The masses are complemented by protruding delicate structures of walkways along the outer facades. Continuous walkways instead of individual loggias or balconies enhance the views from multiple sides of the building and overall open the internal spaces of the apartments towards the exterior. The mass contrast of the basic shapes and delicate walkways is also artistically supported by the material solution. The cubic masses are designed in dark shades of gray, while the structures of the walkways are in a light gray shade. The horizontal slabs of the walkways are complemented by vertical elements of panels in the same shade and glass elements of the railings.

In terms of layout, the above-ground parts of the apartment building are divided along the axis by residential corridors, with residential units of various size categories designed along the residential corridor. The corridors are communicatively connected to the central core with a staircase and an elevator.
