Apartment Building Nová Zbraslavanka

The proposed residential building has one underground and four above-ground floors with one setback floor, oriented parallel to Eliška Přemyslovna Street. The southwestern part of the building, which is meant to signify the entrance to the new residential quarter of Sun City, serves as a dominant feature that is oriented perpendicular to the main avenue. On the first above-ground floor of the building, which is at sidewalk level, shops and services are proposed. In the upper floors, duplex apartments are designed with internal staircases and rooftop terraces, offering views of the panorama of a part of the capital city, the vicinity of Berounka River, and the right bank of the Vltava River (Závist). The building has a silicate surface, the rooftop extensions are colored differently, and the windows are plastic. The southeastern facade of the residential building is equipped with noise-reducing glazed walls. A total of 48 apartments are proposed in the building, and there is a communal garage in the underground floor.
