The project of the house set in the hilly area of the Beskydy faced many limitations. The result is clever. The visitor is immediately drawn in by the simply and traditionally conceived service part of the house, with a driveway courtyard defined by wooden structures for technical facilities, a garage, storage, and an open covered corridor lined with greenery that covers the roof of the residential building, which is hidden at first glance. The residential part is largely underground. It has two wings that bend slightly towards each other - a social sector and a quiet sector. From both generously glazed sections, which take advantage of the wonderful view, one can step directly outside onto partially covered terraces leading down to the gently sloping land. The material solution of the house is limited to wood, stone, and glass.
