The basis of the design is the creation of a connected social space of the apartment that works for a family as well as for a single inhabitant.
This space is clearly defined by the kitchen area with a bar counter, which is the central element.
The spaces themselves, the placement of openings, and the proportions maximize respect for and complement the original symmetrical scheme of the apartment.
The materials respect the period character and allow it to shine in its essence.
