Interior of the bar in Poděbrady

The bar is located in the basement of a historic building in the center of Poděbrady. The atmosphere of the space is enhanced by the illuminated, old brick vaults, which are combined with the modern look of geometric graphics on the walls.
The color scheme was chosen to be very light so that the space does not feel cramped. A large mirror, which follows the arched shape of the brick vault and spans the entire width of the wall as a counterpoint to the metal bar, also contributes to the illusion of a larger space. The bar, along with chairs and the staircase, remains one of the few dark elements in the interior.
The light cast floor is complemented by bleached oak material used for the tables and remaining furniture. The benches are upholstered in a shade that matches the floor.
The bar offers various types of seating. There are low and high benches as well as bar and traditional seating.
The basement also contains facilities for staff and storage. Stylish toilets for guests are located on the ground floor due to the cramped conditions of the basement and are accessible via a metal staircase, just like the main entrance to the bar.
