A very likable family wished to feel cozy and warm in their newly acquired apartment. They consider the kitchen to be their "sanctuary," for which a sufficiently large space was prepared. Therefore, we designed a kitchen composition made up of three parts.

At the front of the kitchen is a tall unit with a refrigerator, an oven, and two food cabinets. On one side is a so-called sideboard with a wall shelf. On the other side, there is a countertop with a sink, a dishwasher, a cooktop, and wall cabinets. Everything is spaced out so that both handling and opening the individual drawers are comfortable.

The high unit in the kitchen is balanced by the opposite living room wall with domino storage spaces. All the proposed lighting comes from the brand Nordlux, the legs of the dining and coffee tables are from Master&Master, and the dining chairs are from the Czech supplier Ton.eu. The project was originally planned only for the main room, but after the proposal for the kitchen with the dining area and living part, the clients decided to furnish and have all the rooms in the apartment designed.

The built-in wardrobe in the hallway with hooks and hidden shelves behind the mirror features a rounded seating concept. Everything connects to the design of the rounded corners in the kitchen. Shoes worn daily can be stored under the seating directly on the tiles, protecting the wardrobe from any moisture or small stones.

A significant difference compared to the homes where we grew up lies in the greater demand for a workspace. Sometimes the work desk is in the living room, other times a special room is designated for it. In this design, it is located in the bedroom. It serves for regular "home office" work or for creative and quiet moments.
