The fourth and so far the last establishment of the KRO series of bistros and cafes was created in Vršovice, Prague. Unlike its predecessors, the green color plays a significant role here, similar to the nearby Ďolíček.

The key to the design was to resolve various height levels of the space along with the combination of multiple overlapping operations and characters: a bakery, a restaurant, a café, and a bar. The area of the entire establishment has been newly leveled to a single level, and the main hub is created just behind the entrance doors. This new core delineates an area that can also be used as a counter for DJs, among other things. From here, one can head right to the bar for pastries and coffee, or left to a table in the main area for guests. The longitudinal room is terminated by transverse lines with shelves – a bar on one side and benches on the other.

The sober basis of the layout consists of classic variable tables for two. The basic lighting operates analogously thanks to the grid of recessed spotlights. Significant areas are illuminated by more pronounced fixtures: an elegant minimalist line above the bar and colorful chandeliers above specific tables for guests.

The material is dominated by profiled dark green heraklith on the ceiling, complemented by green cladding. This comes to life fully in the restrooms, aside from the bar and the embankment. The use of light wood and shades of white adds a pleasant and natural atmosphere to the space. The unifying element with the rest of the KRO family remains the use of linoleum with a cock pattern on the walls.
