The LaKonický House is located on the outskirts of Šternberk, at the very beginning of the Haná Plain towards Litovel. It is one of the first family houses emerging in the greenery of a former gardening colony. It meets all the regulations set by the Zoning Plan, just like the emerging entrepreneurial baroque in the surrounding area.
The house turns its back to the access road to Litovel on the northern side and opens to the south into the garden. The complementary color of the facade complements the omnipresent greenery.
Due to the owner's rock climbing hobbies, the interior rooms are arranged around two vertical spaces, an entrance hall and a living room. The highest point of the northern facade is designated for a climbing wall.
The lower floor serves as a gathering place for the family and for the parents' sleeping quarters. The second floor can be called the children's floor. At the top of the third floor is the owner's "control room."
The house is heated by a heat pump combined with air recovery.
