From a far distance, not a very pleasant place; an inconsistent area in the neighbourhood of a busy road and dying gardening colony. The main question was: how to create a comfortable residential street with sunlight and a unique identity on a long, narrow and noisy north-facing plot of land? Solution: firstly, eliminate the noise - build a compact closed apartment building facing the road, divide the facade of the building with a minimum of slit windows and allocate here only subsidiary apartments. Secondly, illuminate the space - the structure of low-raised residential buildings and terraced houses gradually turn in order to get the majority of western sunlight. Thirdly, unite them together - the group of apartment buildings and houses physically, artistically and sensationally tie together to form a consistent, yet still not monotonous or uniform entity. A number of visual and spatial sensations, diversity and intimacy.
