The overall assignment originated from investors who have professional and commercial experience in the given area. This concerns a client who decided to establish a chain of stores selling branded clothing, primarily focused on denim. The stores that have been realized so far are located in shopping centers. From the perspective of implementing retail units, shopping complexes are burdened with specific rules, often dictated by visual, construction, and safety manuals. Binding requirements regarding deadlines and implementation rules are imposed on clients and the implementation team. Hence, the time from design, production, assembly, to opening is often shortened to four weeks, including delays in approval processes from the center's management and relevant authorities.
The proposed corporate style is based on a self-similar visual character of individual stores.
Retail units are designed in relation to specific spaces, whose entry parameters dictate spatial and visual modifications. Through this process, individual solutions emerge that maintain their identity.
A defining moment becomes the work with the scale of the inserted objects, which in each individual space create a specific - memorable central element.

The spaces of the IGY shopping center are located in a reconstructed building of the original military granary, known as the "supply depot." In the retail units, the tectonic and structural arrangement of the original load-bearing grid of reinforced concrete columns and horizontal structures is noticeable. A unit of 33 m² is defined by a grid of six columns. To incorporate the central element, a load-bearing system is used to install a display, designed as the console of a pendulum with a weight. This method of solution helps to deal with a narrow layout and small floor area.

Given the range of goods offered, predominantly denim, which undergoes destructive processes and manual processing during final production, an authentic nature of the used material variants is chosen, which support this visual effect with their rawness and natural quality. This includes primarily black steel, stainless sheets, massive oak beams, and industrial plywood. Materials are selected with an emphasis on further use or recycling. The solution particularly avoids drywall systems, laminated furniture assemblies, and decorative textures that are massively used in shopping centers. Lighting and some interior elements are recycled from the investor's stock.
