Projection:Libor Švehla
Construction Manager: Jaroslav Peroutka
Completion:2021
Area:99 m2
Built Up Area:129 m2

The design of the house sensitively responds to the surrounding landscape. The building is positioned at the northern boundary of the plot and opens towards the south, into the garden, which provides the interior space of the house with appropriate intimacy and allows for the utilization of considerable heat gains from solar radiation during the winter months. In the summer months, these gains are eliminated by external window shutters.
The building has one above-ground floor. The layout consists of an entrance hall with a wardrobe, a technical room, social facilities, two rooms, a bedroom with a wardrobe, and a living area with a kitchen. The materials were chosen to ensure that the structure harmoniously blends into the surrounding landscape. There is a façade with wooden cladding made of Siberian larch combined with stone façade cladding. The roof is designed as a gable with a tiled roofing covering at an angle of 25°.
The load-bearing system of the walls is made of glued solid wood panels Novatop Solid, 84 mm thick. The roof will be constructed from nailed trusses supported on the outer walls. The family house is founded on concrete foundation strips and footings.
