<Penzion Ovečka>
The architectural concept of the building is subordinate to the beautiful surrounding landscape. It involves the reconstruction of an existing guesthouse building with its last modifications and extensions from around the 1970s. The original volume of the three-part building is complemented by a "tower" of the elevator at the top with a viewing platform. Due to its poor technical condition and inadequate layout, almost all internal walls were demolished, leaving only the basic supporting structure and existing ceilings. The original volume of the three-part building is preserved, and the elevator with the viewing platform is located inside the middle part with the shaft protruding above the roof. The original roof with a rather steep slope is preserved and penetrated by newly created classic wooden dormers. The entire first floor, the central volume of the risalit with the entrance to the building and the elevator, is faced with stone. The rest of the building is clad in wood in a horizontal arrangement. Complementing small architectural elements are black wrought iron railings for the terrace, balcony, and viewing platform.
The ground floor of the building is reserved for social areas and technical facilities, including a restaurant with a carriage. On the first floor, there is a dining room with a lounge and bar for accommodated guests, wellness facilities, and part of the accommodation. The 3rd and 4th floors are dedicated solely to accommodation, totaling approximately 37 people.

The interior uses materials such as sheep wool, furs, and predominately wood, fitting into the mountain environment but not appearing as a classic mountain chalet. The entire interior is intertwined with the motif of sheep, whether in the unconventional representation of wool between the glass, fur lamps, children's paintings of sheep, or the painted sheep comic on the staircase.
