Architectural Solution
The family house is designed as a mass-simple structure with a ground floor and one above-ground floor with a walkable flat roof.
The shape of the building is a rectangle with dimensions of 16.0 x 7.0 m, oriented with the longer side from the northwest to the southeast of the plot. The main entrance is located in the northeastern part, leading from it a pathway to the boundary of the property, where a service road is located. There is also parking for two personal vehicles, covered by a wooden pergola, connecting to the mass of the house.
Part of the architectural expression of the building is climbing greenery (partially planted and mature), which freely covers vertical steel cables and brackets along the longitudinal facades of the house. The greenery thus contributes to more effective shading and covering of the glass parts of the facade. Additionally, plants are planted in garden flower pots placed around the perimeter of the roof. Overall, the proposed greenery contributes to creating a more pleasant environment and leads to faster integration of the building into the terrain, making the structure appear much more natural while mitigating the impact of the rapid construction of the entire surrounding area, which suffers from a lack of natural greenery.
Inside, emphasis is placed on connecting the internal and external environment, on the quality and precision of detail execution. Natural materials and natural colors are used.

Structural and Material Solution
Structural system - The building is designed as a single-row structural unit with cross-tensioned ceiling structures. The structural system is designed as a classic masonry building in the Porotherm modular system with simple foundations combined with a longitudinal multi-story reinforced concrete frame at the front facade on pedestals. The structural system combines masonry construction and a reinforced concrete frame.

Stairs - Exterior cantilever staircase to the roof: The main structural element is a thin-walled profile jackl 60x40, which forms a welded stair tread and frame structure of the landing-cantilever. The treads are made of perforated grating. Surface finish: hot-dip galvanized.
Interior staircase: designed as a single-arm direct, slab reinforced concrete. The underside of the reinforced concrete staircase is visible inside. The treads and risers of the reinforced concrete staircase are finished with a cement screed.

Perimeter walls - are designed as masonry, double-layered with a ventilated air gap. The outer cladding is made of horizontal wooden boards from mountain larch. The boards are treated only with deep impregnation against mold and pests. The wooden cladding thus has the color of naturally aging wood.

The frame structure of the parking area - is made from mountain larch, constructed from double wooden beams, braced with steel rods. The frames are anchored to the foundation strips using anchor feet. The structure is connected using bolts through steel washers. Under the frames, there is a roof made of wire glass.

Window and door fillings - are designed as aluminum, mounted flush with the outer face of the facade, surface finish is double natural anodizing on both sides.

Exterior steel consoles - The console on the 1st floor serves as a glass roof for the terrace and the approach path to the entrance door. The console on the 2nd floor serves as a sunshade. The console at the parapet forms a structural element for climbing greenery. The consoles are steel with a hot-dip galvanized surface finish combined with a perforated mesh, stainless or hot-dip galvanized, glazing - wire glass 5mm thick. Mobile vertical shading system for the glazed facade: steel frames with a hot-dip galvanized surface finish combined with a perforated mesh, stainless.

Interior - Interior plaster is made of lime-cement with a fine stucco layer combined with a cement screed. In the bathroom, there is a wall made of Vitrablok glass blocks. Floors are wooden with a smoked oak finish (1st floor) and maple (2nd floor). Interior doors are wooden, custom-made. Interior elements of furniture are designed to measure.

Materials:
exposed reinforced concrete, cement screed, aluminum windows, wood – mountain larch, smoked oak, maple, steel hot-dip galvanized, glass, perforated mesh, wire glass, stainless cables, Vitrablok glass blocks, roofing products made from preweathered titanium zinc sheet Rheinzink, fencing: wire panels, railing of the walkable roof – steel strip + perforated mesh, hot-dip galvanized
