Reconstruction of a panel house

Starter housing for young families at an affordable price. Complete reconstruction of the original hostel – transforming the panel building into a modern apartment building with a wide range of apartments. The structure has been stripped down to the main load-bearing framework, with new partition walls, doors, windows, and surfaces. A newly shaped roof extension has added one floor. The facade, featuring vertically aligned terraces and cantilevered volumes, has modified the box-like, horizontally oriented proportions of the original structure.
Construction: original reinforced concrete skeletal structure, new masonry, external structure including insulation, terraces, and new roof structure.
