The realization of an apartment building on the site of one of the two original structures known as the "American Homeland." The original plan was revised several times, and both the investor and the size of the building changed multiple times. This structure, along with the renovation of the second building of the American Homeland (
the headquarters of K4 a.s.), initiated the urbanization of the entire Kociánky area.
The building takes advantage of its unique location on the southern slope, offering a magnificent view of the city. Therefore, the entire southern façade is composed of richly glazed loggias that regularly recede, creating the characteristic face of the building.
The intense economic pressure from the developer resulted in the reduction of two communication cores to just one, which has led to a relatively complex layout for each of the 38 apartments. Additionally, the originally generous material solutions were brought down to the level of standard construction during the building process.
