Family House Hlubočepy

A constrained plot below street level on the bank of the Dalejský stream. The original house from the end of the 19th century has been incorporated into the new building. There are skylights in the roof terrace leading to the living space and hallway. Load-bearing walls made of TESUZ blocks, reinforced concrete ceiling slab, inverted flat roof, thermally insulated ventilated facade.
