Family House Compact I

This is a single-story house made of Novatop, which hides a barrier-free refuge for its residents under its "wings." These protective wings evoke large roof overhangs, which conceptually protect your home and family. The roof overhangs also have practical applications... On the northern side, they create a covered space for the car while also sheltering the entrance to the house. On the southern side of the house, they serve the function of shading, preventing overheating during the summer months, while in winter, when the sun is lower on the horizon, they allow for significant heat gains. They also cover the terrace, which can be connected to the living room, providing this space with appropriate intimacy.

The house is accessed through a large entrance hall, which serves as the foyer. Here, there are storage spaces in the form of built-in closets. From this central area, one can access the bathroom, the toilet connected to the utility room, a bedroom, and the main living space.

The living space consists of a kitchen, dining area, and living room, from where there is direct access to the terrace and, consequently, to the garden. From the living room, one enters the study, which is separated by a large sliding wall, offering pleasant variability. Thanks to this wall, we can keep both spaces connected or completely separate them. The study can also serve as a guest room, and if necessary, it can be converted into another children's room.

The bedroom is also accessed from the living area. There is a very spacious built-in wardrobe and ample space for a crib.

On the opposite side of the house from the bedroom, there is a room that is sufficiently large for two children, again with its own storage spaces.
