The house is situated on a deep plot, in a built-up area with mature greenery. The main living area of the house has two above-ground floors and is basementless. In the single-story, non-basement part, there is a fitness area with a sauna and a relaxation room. The amphitheater-style layout of the terrain at the junction of both parts creates a covered atrium for relaxation and provides lighting to the basement areas. A covered pergola is designed for parking cars along the street facade.
The basement structure is created as a monolithic "white bathtub," vertical above-ground structures are built from Porotherm, and the horizontal structures are executed as monolithic smooth reinforced concrete slabs. The external cladding of the ventilated facade is made of cembrit panels, and the roof is designed as a "green" one.
