The plot is located in the currently built-up area of the village of Chotoviny. The plot is connected to the local road. The family house is partially sunk into the slope with one floor. From the road side, it appears as a single-story building with discreet lighting. From the garden side, the house opens up with its glazing over two floors. In this part, covered walkable terraces are created along the house. The massive glazing towards the garden is shaded by exterior roller shutters. The mass of the house is capped with a double parapet clad in titanium zinc sheet metal. On the entrance level, there is a double garage, the main entrance to the house, an entry hall, the main living area, and the parents' bedroom with all the necessary facilities. The lower floor is situated with a pool, the technical facilities of the house, and the rooms of the daughter and son, along with the gardening equipment facilities. Everything is complemented by immediate contact with the exterior through the terraces. The mass of the house does not disrupt the existing development of the village. The elongated shape (long rectangle) follows the contour lines of the slope and briefly echoes the typology of a village house. The house is designed in a modern spirit, accentuating the time of its creation.
