The shape of the building stems from the effort to maximize the potential of the plot. The plot is sloping towards the west and is relatively narrow in this direction. The aim was to maximize the built area on the northern part of the plot, leaving the maximum free space for the garden to the south in front of the house. Therefore, the building is positioned in the northeastern part of the plot at the prescribed setback distances. The floor plan has the shape of a quarter circle, with the southwest facade opening up towards the southwestern views of the opposite green hills.
The slope of the plot is also utilized for the vertical arrangement of the building - the entrance level is at the level of the access road, while the lower (quiet) level is at the level of the garden below. The entrance level is social with the main living room, kitchen, and central pantry. Above the mass of the first floor, an additional mass for the study has been added, shaped like an extension with an elliptical plan on the roof of the house. The study is connected through the main living area by a light staircase. The lower level houses the bedrooms, children's rooms, a central bathroom, and the technical support area of the house. The rooms have access to a terrace, connected to the garden.
In front of the arched facade to the southwest, a terrace is set out, formed by a lightweight structure made of scaffolding pipes and wooden flooring from oak planks. The terrace is covered with trapezoidal sheet metal at the roof level. The same design is also used for the carport in front of the house.
The load-bearing structure of the house is made of brick walls and reinforced concrete ceilings. The facades are executed as sandwich elements with a ventilated gap and various surface treatments - for the northern and eastern facades, the final surface is trapezoidal sheet metal in a galvanized finish, anchored to the underlying framework vertically, while molded glass is used on the arched facade and the mass of the study. The roof is flat with extensive greenery.
