Family House in Přestavlky

The load-bearing structure made of glued wood in combination with walls from TESUZ blocks without interior plaster, an exterior shell with thermal insulation and cladding with CETRIS boards without surface treatment, roofing GUTTA, wooden EURO windows combined with atypical fixed glazing, polished concrete flooring. In the winter months, the thermal gains from the southern glazing are accumulated in the concrete floor and perimeter walls, while in summer, the glazed facade is shaded by the roof overhang.
