Family House Zbraslav

This is a passive wooden construction from the NOVATOP structural system. The house is designed on the site where an old brick house once stood, which had already surpassed its lifespan. Since the land is completely on a rock, it was necessary to work with various levels to create a fully functional space, primarily for the garden. The house is in harmony with the surrounding nature and sensitively integrates into it through its placement and chosen materials. The façade features a wooden cladding, and the roofs are entirely designed to be green. The house is humble towards the surrounding nature and strives to blend in rather than provoke. It is a humble, modern house.
