The modernization of the Water Supply and Sewage area in Vyškov, located in the outskirts of the city, was designed to reorganize the existing headquarters of the company, which consisted of a cluster of operationally unsuitable buildings or structures in poor building-technical condition. Only one of the original objects is preserved - the partially reconstructed building of center 05, which is now complemented by a longitudinal mass that follows the shape of the land and closes off the protected courtyard area. The new building thoroughly separates areas for the public and employees and offers a clear spatial layout, where the front, two-story part houses a modern customer center and the company's administrative facilities.
In the back part, there are garages, warehouses, and other technical operations. The courtyard area is also functionally divided into two parts – a representative, publicly accessible part with a small park and parking for customers, and a closed part for employees and operational facilities for the water supply and sewage managers. The customer center is emphasized by a prominent entrance section, and the horizontal form of the building is accentuated by a balcony running the length of the offices on the upper floor. To ensure the continuous operation of the area throughout the reconstruction, the implementation was divided into several phases.
