The sports and recreational area designed on unmaintained and significantly neglected lands above the gardening colony Zavážky at the exit from Lysolaje will complement the missing sports facilities in the district and will also connect to the planned residential complex Zátiší Lysolaje in the northeast. On the cleared and leveled terrain, a football field with facilities, a gazebo, a recreation area for dogs, parking lot, access road, and a path for pedestrians and cyclists is being created; in the future, there are plans to build a traffic playground.
The single-story facilities building consists of two separate operations - the larger part comprises changing rooms and sanitary facilities for athletes, while the smaller part houses refreshments, public restrooms for visitors to the area, and other facilities. Both parts are unified under a common roof, mostly with vegetation adjustment, which creates a covered outdoor space with seating due to its overhang, while they are materially differentiated and combine wooden cladding in club colors of green and white with dark gray plaster.
