The plot is located on the edge of the intravilane of the village, at a place where the urban city and the former village intermingle. The area is characterized by long narrow plots of original garden fields.
The family house is divided into two prisms. The two-story blue prism houses the living spaces, while the single-story wooden prism contains the support spaces. Both prisms are mutually offset. The wooden prism sits on the street line, while the two-story prism steps back to accommodate a majestic walnut tree.
The layout of the residential prism offers considerable freedom in the arrangement of space. The spaces can be separated or connected as needed using sliding walls.
