What you can expect:
● Interior Design & Concept Development: You will be responsible for developing design concepts across residential, commercial, and public spaces. From initial sketches to detailed plans, you will transform creative ideas into tangible results, working closely with clients and project managers to ensure the designs meet their vision and requirements.
● Project Coordination & Collaboration: You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of projects. You will oversee the entire design process, ensuring that all elements align seamlessly both aesthetically and functionally.
● Client Presentations & Communication: You will prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to clients, actively incorporating their feedback while maintaining the integrity of the design vision.
● Material & Furniture Selection: You will be responsible for sourcing and selecting the ideal furniture, materials, lighting, and accessories to complement your designs. This will involve creating detailed specifications and liaising with vendors to ensure the best solutions for each project.
● Visual & Technical Documentation: You will produce comprehensive design documentation, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings. Additionally, you will create visual presentations and renderings using industry-standard software such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Rhino, and Adobe Suite.
● Site Visits & Quality Control: You will participate in on-site inspections, collaborating with contractors to ensure design implementation meets the highest quality standards and adheres to the original concept.
What we expect from you:
● A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (Bc., MgA., Ing.).
● 5–7 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio spanning both residential and commercial projects.
● Proficiency in design software such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Rhino, and Adobe Photoshop/InDesign.
● A keen eye for design, creativity, and innovation, with exceptional attention to detail and aesthetics.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Czech and English.
● Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines efficiently.
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
● Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
● Previous experience working on international projects is advantageous.
