Subject of the competition:
The subject of the competition is the development of a proposal for a basic strategy and concept for the development of the municipality, including the landscape arrangement concept.
Purpose and mission of the competition:
The purpose and mission of the competition is to find and award the most suitable solution to the subject of the competition, which meets the requirements of the organizer, contained in these competition conditions and in the competition materials, and subsequently commission the development of territorial planning documentation in a negotiated procedure without publication according to the provisions of § 23 par. 6 of Act No. 137/2006 Coll., on public procurement.
The subsequently commissioned zoning plan (ZP) for Hostomice will be developed in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on territorial planning and the building code in its current wording (building act), Decree No. 500/2006 Coll., on territorial analytical materials, territorial planning documentation, and methods of record-keeping of territorial planning activities in its current wording, and Decree No. 501/2006 Coll., on general requirements for the use of land in its current wording. The area addressed: the administrative territory of the city of Hostomice.
