Maggie's Centre in Kirkcaldy by Zaha Hadid

Holder of the Pritzker Prize, a woman with a patent for winning architectural competitions and the author of many interesting buildings around the world, has finally completed her first building in her homeland. Until now, she had only been able to realize small interiors or temporary structures in England. Her first real house on British soil stands in Kirkcaldy, Scotland, in front of the entrance to Victoria Hospital. Maggie’s Center, which focuses on raising awareness in the fight against cancer, is being built by many famous architects across Britain.
