Jette C. Hopp: Continuous Reinvention - lecture at FUA TUL

The lecture by Jette Cathrin Hopp titled Continuous Reinvention will take place at the Faculty of Art and Architecture at the Technical University of Liberec on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 5:00 PM. The lecture is held on the occasion of the exhibition ARCTIC NORDIC ALPINE at GJF in Prague, which showcases modern architecture in dramatic, predominantly Norwegian or mountainous environments. It features pioneering projects from the internationally renowned architectural and design studio Snøhetta from Norway, which prepared the exhibition.

Jette C. Hopp has extensive experience with complex Norwegian and international projects, regularly lecturing at conferences and universities. She was the team leader for the construction of the Dhahran Museum in Saudi Arabia and the Norwegian National Opera in Oslo. She led a major international project focusing on sustainability: the Astana Expo 2017 "Future Energy" in Kazakhstan, Lingkong Soho Shanghai, Elbtower in Hamburg, and in Norway, innovative environmental projects like Powerhouse One Trondheim and Powerhouse Kjørbo Sandvika, which is the first energy-positive building in the world.
