Pavel Rada graduated from the Faculty of Architecture VUT in Brno. He worked as a designer for the Brno Trade Fairs and Exhibitions and in the studio of Emil Drápal. Since 1990, he has been working as an independent designer; in 2007, he founded the design studio RadaArchitekti s.r.o. Since 2007, he has been a certified inspector. He contributed to the creation of professional standards and publication - Spatial Planning and Building Design. He is the chairman of the Supervisory Board of ČKA and a member of the coordinating council of authorized inspectors.
