One Hour in the City of LOM

A discussion evening as part of the accompanying program to the exhibition /triangle/. At the round table, architect Petr Hájek, director Tomáš Luňák, architectural theorist Jan Tabor, and writer Miloš Urban will discuss the upcoming novel and film adaptation of the story of the new city. During the evening, the idea of the city LOM will be presented, the opening chapter of the novel will be read in an author’s reading, and a short animation clip will be screened.

Petr Hájek: Triangle

The exhibition titled Triangle will present three angles of thinking about architecture: practice – research – school. In the reconstructed spaces of the castle riding hall, various projects will be presented through large-format projections, architectural models, and acoustic installations, such as the international project of the new European cultural city URBO KUNE, an experimental music scene in the German Palatinate, or research work by students from the Faculty of Architecture at CTU in Prague and the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava. Several accompanying events will also take place, and visitors can look forward to a performance featuring musical interpretations of cities and a colloquium on the contemporary city.
