Under the title “Personal Public Space” , Martin Rein-Cano, the founder of the Berlin landscape architecture studio Topotek 1, will present the work of his team. The studio, which won the German Architecture Award in 2003, transcends boundaries between different means of expression in its work. The focus of Topotek 1's work is the shaping of urban space, which is perceived as an opportunity for individual and societal expression. In addition, Topotek 1 is also engaged in the realization of exhibitions and artistic installations. Other areas of activity include staging space and scenographic processes. The lecture is held in cooperation with the working group for landscape architecture of the Czech Chamber of Architects.
