The European Council for Sustainable Buildings (World Green Building Council Europe Network) selected City Green Court in Prague's Pankrác as the best building in terms of design, construction, and utility. A total of 30 buildings from thirteen European countries were nominated.

WorldGBC states in its justification: a number of sustainable solutions were used for the first time in the Czech Republic during the construction of City Green Court, including a naturally ventilated atrium, progressive lighting solutions, and dry urinals. The building is designed to consume 56 percent less energy than buildings constructed to meet Czech building regulations. City Green Court saves around 5000 liters of water through conservation measures and rainwater harvesting. This represents a 25 percent savings compared to comparable buildings.

Congratulations on this significant recognition, and we are pleased that the lighting solutions and implementation of luminaires and lighting control from Zumtobel are also part of it.
