The company MS Haus s.r.o. is organizing an open house on Saturday and Sunday, June 18-19, 2011, in Hradec Králové - Plotiště, to which it cordially invites not only those interested in timber constructions, but also those who still doubt the qualities of timber buildings. Over these two days, experts and sales representatives from MS Haus will try to familiarize you with the technology of timber construction and answer any questions you may have. In the completed house, fiber gypsum boards containing natural keratin FERMACELL Greenline will be used on the interior and outer walls.
These boards actively improve air quality, thereby enhancing the quality of living and life in the house. They embody the philosophy of timber construction, which is primarily the use of natural and renewable materials to reduce CO2 emissions, benefiting the improvement of our planet’s condition and preserving it for future generations in a less polluted state.
During the open house, it will be possible to see the assembly of the house from start to finish, i.e., from the placement of the first panels on the foundation slab to the installation of the roof structure. A originally designed house, MS 05, will be adapted according to the investor’s requirements, which is available for a price starting from 1,147,400 CZK excluding VAT. Customers who sign contracts during the open house can expect priority completion with a reduced VAT rate and completion still this year.
