The German company Hansgrohe has been successfully operating for 120 years. Its products are sold in over 140 countries around the world and it has over 15,000 patents and design registrations as well as more than 600 awards from independent juries in international design competitions. Its portfolio includes products from the hansgrohe brand and the AXOR brand, which offers solutions for luxury bathrooms designed by world-renowned designers.

In recent years, the company has undergone a transformation from a family business to a globally represented corporation: Klaus Grohe, the youngest son of the founder, led the company for more than three decades until 2015. The main shareholders are the American corporation Masco Corporation and the Grohe family through Syngroh Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs- GmbH. Since August 1, 2018, Hans Jürgen Kalmbach has been leading the company as chairman of the board.
Hansgrohe CS s.r.o., the subsidiary of a leading German manufacturer of bathroom faucets and showers, celebrated a quarter of a century in the Czech and Slovak markets in 2020 and can truly be satisfied with the results. The company's history dates back to 1995 when it was established in Svratka. Since 1999, the company has been based in Brno and currently employs 21 staff members.

1968 – Selecta – the world's first handheld shower with adjustable types of jets and a glass handle.
1974 – the colorful Tribel handheld shower (Frog Design – H. Aeslinger – later design for Apple).
1994 – the creation of the timeless and first design collection AXOR Starck, authored by Philippe Starck.
2003 – the introduction of the revolutionary Raindance shower series, which elevated showering to a unique experience thanks to the rain jet and AirPower technology, which mixes water and air to ensure low consumption.
2011 – the first handheld shower with a Select button for easy switching of jet types.
